Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength. Psalms 96:7.

 

Collecting from the Lord seems to be the norm of every man. We never stop taking, we never stop asking, we never stop drawing from the overwhelming abundance of his provisions.

Even though it is good to make God our source in all things by continually coming to His throne of mercy, we should not fail in giving him what is due to him.

God has not given us a glory bank where we store up glory. We are not meant to keep it anywhere. We have nothing to do with it. We cannot fashion it into anything, We cannot make anything from it. When we come into contact with it we must return it back to the owner.

God is not our mate to share anything with him not worthy of sharing. He has limited us in what we can share.

His image we can share.
His Nature we can share.
His Likeness we can share.

But not his glory. Those who attempted in sharing his glory ended up in humiliation and demotion.
Give him don’t take it, Give him don’t attempt to keep it. Give him the glory due to him.
In your life give him the glory.
In your business give him all the glory.
In your achievements and exploits give him all the glory.
In your promotion give him glory.
In your prosperity give him glory.

Step aside, step down, clear out of the way for the king of glory in your life.
He deserves it. Don’t lift anything above God. Don’t lift any man above God. Don’t give anything or anyone special place in your heart above good, Don’t keep the last sit for him keep the best and only sit you have for him and not to share with anything. And never ascribe strength to any flesh.

Give him your only heart
Your only soul
Your only life
Give him your ONLY and EVERY.

Some may speak boastfully, arrogantly but know that one day God shall bring to account. You cannot claim the strength that you don’t have. There is nothing you have that is not given to you therefore acknowledge him in all your ways.

PRAYER

In the name of Jesus he will decorate you, beautify you, elevate you, settle you as you ascribe the glory due to him.

Today!

Honor him
Give him glory
Give him strength
